How do I book a vacation rental?

Select your preferred property from our listings, choose your dates, and complete the booking through our secure online platform. We confirm your reservation promptly and provide all necessary details for your arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • To cancel you must e-mail the request to promex@bookrockypoint.com The subject line should contain the name on the reservation and the reservation or confirmation number.
  • Once a payment has been processed, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $75 fee per reservation. 
  • If a cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival date: No refunds will be given.
  • There is no refund for reservation where the guest does not arrive.
