RULES FOR THE BEACH AND POOL AREA


  • Access to the pool area with coolers is prohibited; it is only allowed on the beach area. The security team will guide you in case of any doubts.

 

  • The consumption of alcohol in the concession area, which includes the pool, its front, and rear parts, is prohibited unless acquired through Infusion del Golfo Restaurant or Marea Viva Pool Bar. 


  • The introduction of thermos flasks or glasses containing alcohol into the concession area is prohibited.

 

  • The use of fireworks is prohibited on the beach, as well as in houses or condos. 


  • It is strictly forbidden to bring any type of wheeled vehicle to the beach area. 


  • You are obligated to pick up all types of wrappers, cans, plastics, etc., in case you bring food. 


  • When using the pool, please wear appropriate swimwear. 


  • Minors must always be supervised by an adult; Laguna Shores is not responsible for accidents due to lack of supervision. 


  • Obscene behavior and/or illegal activities in the pool and beach area will not be tolerated. 


  • Please use the bathrooms when necessary; otherwise, the person will be penalized, and access to the pool will be prohibited. 


  • The use of the pool is exclusive to owners and guests staying at the Resort. 


  • The use of a wristband is mandatory for guests.


  • Pets are not allowed. 


  • All individuals must exit the pool, jacuzzi, etc., by 10 pm without exception. 


  • Individuals under the influence of substances will be removed from the pool, and access will be denied if the person is in an unfit condition. 


  • Fines for breaking rules: $500 to $1,000 dollars plus any expenses incurred for damages. 


RULES FOR DRIVING WITHIN THE RESORT 


  • The speed limit is 60 Km/h on dirt roads and 30 Km/h in paved areas. 


  • The use of Rzrs, motorcycles, golf carts, etc., is allowed only as a means of transportation, maintaining order and respecting speed limits. These vehicles are not allowed to enter neighboring lots or the beach area. 


  • Driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is prohibited. A designated driver must be arranged if substances are consumed. In case of accidents and damages to property, support from the municipal police will be requested, and the responsible person will cover all expenses and costs that may arise. 


  • Boats, rzrs, batangas, etc., cannot be parked in houses or condos. They must be parked in designated areas, and the security team can guide and assist you. 


  • There are exclusive parking areas for the restaurant, pool, etc. Security guards can provide guidance if there are any doubts. 


  • Always wait for the main entrance guard to collect the necessary information before lifting the barrier to avoid accidents.


  • Keep pedestrian areas free of cars. 


  • Breaking any of the rules will result in a fine of $500 plus any expenses incurred for damages. 


RULES FOR HARMONIOUS LIVING 


  • If you have or bring a pet, keep it quiet. If there are complaints from neighbors, attention will be called to address the issue. In a second warning, the pet must be taken home to avoid fines. 


  • Always use a leash when walking pets. Pick up waste to avoid penalties. 


  • The volume of music should be moderate to avoid disturbing neighbors. 


  • Use of music and making noisy disturbances is prohibited after 10:00 pm. 


  • When using the play area, gym, requesting kayaks, etc., follow the rules to avoid conflicts. 


  • Parking in front of houses is prohibited. 


  • Request permission from the HOA for gatherings with several cars or to use parking spaces in lots without construction. 


  • All visitors must leave by 10:00 pm. 


  • Individuals renting their property must confirm entries in advance with the security and reception department. 


  • Breaking any rule will result in a fine of $500 plus any expenses incurred for damages. 


  • The access for external musicians to the development is exclusive to full-time owners and must be requested with prior authorization.
